Now that the dust has finally settled on an unforgettable TT, we take a look back at the biggest story of the event - Michael Dunlop claiming the title of TT G.O.A.T.

Michael made history at this year’s event when he became the most successful TT racer ever taking his total tally of wins to 29. The record had previously been held by his legendary uncle Joey for a whopping 24 years so it was quite fitting that it was a Dunlop who broke it.

The now greatest TT rider of all time claimed his first TT win back in 2009 Supersport race. Since then he's gone on to win in just about every class at the TT. 

But it's not just the TT where Michael has excelled at. Here he is at the 2012 Southern 100 where he claimed 5 wins. 

Michael's total wins at the Southern currently stands at 22 making him the event's fourth most successful solo rider behind Dean Harrison, Joey Dunlop and Ian Lougher. He also holds 29 wins at the Armoy Road Races making him the event's most successful rider as well.
